Arcadia Properties' Niagara Street neighborhood is composed of five homes along a single block in the Montclair section of Denver, Colorado. This project exemplifies all that the firm values in urban development. Here, conscientious planning, design and execution yield individually distinctive homes, harmonious as a group and with the neighborhood.

Development planning here considered the relationship of the buildings to one another, and the desire of most Denver residents to spend temperate months out of doors. The results were site planning that devoted a greater-than-typical percentage of property to open space, and homes designed below allowed zoning densities, in keeping with neighborhood values.
Large windows are carefully located and sized to bring abundant light into homes while maintaining privacy. Historic architectural proportions and scale distinguish these homes from contemporary suburban counterparts. Carefully designed building details, finishes, and material choices allow the homes to coexist gracefully within the Montclair context.
